1. Who we are

palletliquidationking (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a wholesale liquidation pallet business. We source brand-new overstock, retail returns and closeout merchandise, grade it, manifest it, and sell it by the truckload to resellers, flip sellers and storefront owners across the United States.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the site, create an account, place an order, or talk to us, and what we do (and deliberately do not do) with it. When you create an account or place an order you accept the practices described here.

2. Information we collect

We only ask for what we genuinely need to sell you pallets and get them to your dock.

2.1 Information you give us

When	What we collect
Creating an account	Full name, email address, phone number (optional), and a password. Your password is converted into a one-way hash before it is stored. We cannot read it back.
Placing an order	Full name, email, phone, street shipping address, city, state, ZIP/postal code, any delivery notes (dock instructions, appointment windows), and your chosen payment method.
Contact form	Your name, email, subject and message so we can answer you.
Live chat	Your account name/email, the date and time, and the content of each message so we can keep an accurate support history.
Email with us	Whatever you choose to include, so we can resolve your question or claim.

2.2 Order and payment information

We record your order number (for example PLK-7F906A4A-261001), the items, quantities, prices, total, status history and the shipping address you gave us.

We only store the payment method you selected, for example “Bank wire” or “Zelle”. Payments are arranged offline with our team, so we never see, receive or store:

• Full card numbers, CVV codes or card expiry dates
• Online banking or Zelle / Cash App / Chime login credentials
• Private wallet keys or seed phrases

Please do not send any of the above in an email or live chat. If we ever ask for them, we have made a mistake, report it to sales@palletliquidationking.com immediately.

2.3 Information collected automatically

We run our own lightweight, first-party analytics so we can see which pallets get searched for and whether the site is working. It records:

• A first-party visitor cookie and the first page you landed on
• Referring website, if you arrived from a link
• Pages viewed, searches run, and cart/checkout actions you take
• Device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), browser and version, and operating system
• Approximate country, derived from your IP address

Your IP address is not stored in our database. It is read only for the moment it takes to translate it into a country name, then discarded.

We do not use third-party advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, Facebook/Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or reCAPTCHA.

We do not use your information for unrelated advertising, and we do not build profiles of you for third parties.

4. Cookies & local storage

There are no advertising cookies, retargeting cookies or third-party tracking cookies set by this website. Your cart and session data live on our server, not in your browser storage.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and your browser may be able to reject non-essential cookies. Blocking cookies may sign you out and empty your cart. If you would rather we stop measuring your visits altogether, email sales@palletliquidationking.com and we will switch off analytics for you.

5. Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary, with these categories of recipients:

6. How long we keep it

When we delete data for a legitimate business reason it is removed from active use and either erased or de-identified so it can no longer identify you.

7. How we protect it

Standard industry safeguards, honestly stated:

• Passwords are hashed with PHP’s one-way password hashing. We never store or log readable passwords.
• Every form submission is protected with anti-forgery (CSRF) tokens and validated on the server.
• All database queries use prepared statements, so customer input cannot be injected into our database.
• The site is served over HTTPS where your hosting provider supports it, and passwords travel encrypted.
• The admin panel is a separate, access-controlled area restricted to authorised staff.
• Invoice PDFs and uploaded files are stored outside the public web root so they cannot be browsed or indexed directly.
• Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to fulfil your order.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay and describe what was involved.

8. Your rights & choices

You can exercise the following at any time, free of charge, by emailing sales@palletliquidationking.com:

• Access / know: get a copy of the personal information we hold about you, including order history and chat history.
• Correct: fix an inaccurate name, phone number or shipping address. You can also edit most of these yourself from your account page.
• Delete: ask us to delete your account and associated personal information.
• Portability: receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object / opt out: tell us to stop a particular use of your data.
• Withdraw marketing consent: every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Transactional order and freight emails cannot be switched off while your order is open.
• Object to analytics: ask us to exclude you from visitor tracking, or use the controls in your browser.

Please note: we may need to verify your identity before releasing account data, and we are required to retain order and invoice records for tax and accounting purposes even after an account is deleted.

9. California residents

Our warehouse is in California and many of our buyers are California residents, so the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA applies to us. In plain terms:

• Right to know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the sources and purposes.
• Right to delete: request deletion, subject to exceptions such as tax and fraud-prevention recordkeeping.
• Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate information.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing: not applicable: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: not applicable: we do not collect precise geolocation, government identifiers, health data, biometric data, or contents of mail, email or text messages, and we do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you.
• Non-discrimination: we will not deny you goods or services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.

To make a request, email sales@palletliquidationking.com with the subject “California Privacy Request” and the email address on your account. You may also designate an authorised agent, although we will need written permission and may verify your identity first. We respond within 45 days of a verifiable request. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.

10. GDPR & international users

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada or elsewhere, we apply the same practical standards. Depending on where you live you may also have:

• Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability
• Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent at any time
• Right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract (processing your order, payments, shipping and support) and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, fraud-free storefront and understanding how the site is used. Where we rely on consent, for example optional analytics or marketing emails, you can withdraw it at any time.

Our default website language and currency is US English and USD. Pages delivered to you may be translated or cached by your hosting or network provider; that provider’s handling is outside our control.

11. Children

This site is a business-to-business wholesale marketplace and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email sales@palletliquidationking.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our pages may link to freight carriers, marketplaces, social media or payment apps. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or data handling.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting your rights will be announced by email or a notice on the site before they take effect.

14. How to contact us

Privacy questions, data requests, access requests, deletion requests and breach reports all go to the same inbox. We handle them in order, and we reply within one business day.

Because palletliquidationking trades as a wholesale liquidation pallet supplier rather than as a consumer retailer, some rights you may be used to as an individual shopper, such as the EU 14-day cooling-off right, do not apply to pallet loads. Please read our Terms of Service for how this works.
